This is a fruity, light, red-berrish blend of several red varieties. It has mulberry, strawberry and plum aromas with a spicy aspect. The palate is vibrant, soft and silky.

In The Vineyard

Vines planted in Clovelly type soil. Yield of 8 tons per hectare.

In The Cellar

The cultivars were vinified separately and then blended together. NT 112 yeast was used. Pumping over was done 3 times per day in red wine tanks.
