A cheerful, young unwooded red wine with a deep colour with youthful purple glints. An open fresh, juicy red berry nose is dominant. Fruity, supple tannins, round and very smooth and soft for easy drinking. A lively wine which may be enjoyed in its youth or cellared for a year or two.
53.85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34.49% Shiraz, 11.66% Cinsaut
Good with informal foods such as pizza, pasta, grilled sausages, traditional braai or beef casserole.

The red cultivars were vinified separately and then blended together. NT 112 was used. Pumping over was done 3 times per day in red wine tanks.
