Tasting Notes

This is medium ruby red coloured wine. The aromas are strong with raspberry and blue berry fruitiness on the palate. This lightly wooded blend is smooth and down-to-earth but there’s enough body for the wine to be enjoyed on its own, or with casual food.

Soil: Estcourt type
Yield: 8 ton per HA

In The Cellar

The cultivars were vinified separately and then blended together. NT112 yeast was used. Pumping over was done 3 times per day in red wine tanks.
