This is medium ruby red coloured wine. The aromas are intense: oozing with raspberry and blue berry fruitiness to be almost candy-like. The palate of this unwooded blend is smooth and uncomplicated but thereâ€™s enough body for the wine to be enjoyed not only on its own from copious glasses, but also with casual food.
61.87% Cinsaut, 26.73% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8.85% Chenin Blanc, 2.55% Merlot
Slightly chilled in summer or with poolside fare such as a cold meat and salad buffet.

The cultivars were vinified separately and then blended together. NT112 yeast was used. Pumping over was done 3 times per day in red wine tanks.
