A dry red wine, medium body, ruby red in colour. Intense aromas of raspberry and blueberry. The palate of this unwooded blend is smooth and uncomplicated but there is enough body for the wine to be enjoyed not only on its own but also with casual food.
61.87% Cinsaut, 26.73% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8.85% Chenin Blanc, 2.55% Merlot
Serve slightly chilled in summer or with pool side fare such as a cold meat and salad buffet.

Vines planted in Estcourt type soil.
In The Cellar
The cultivars were vinified separately and then blended together. NT112 yeast was used. Pumping over was done 3 times per day in red wine tanks.
